Film Smurfs: The Lost Village (2017) menceritakan tentang Smurffette (Demi Lovato) yang menemukan sebuah peta misterius, kemudian beserta saudara-saudaranya memiliki sebuah misi untuk membuktikan kebenaran tentang legenda desa Smurf yang hilang yang berada di hutan ajaib.
Smurfette pun bersama saudaranya yakni Brainy, Clumsy dan Hefty pergi melakukan petualangan menuju sebuah hutan terlarang yang dihuni oleh hewan ajaib, dalam usahanya untuk menemukan desa misterius yang hilang. Mereka harus bergerak cepat sebelum penyihir jahat bernama Garganel lebih dahulu menemukan desa tersebut.
Dengan melalui perjalanan yang dipenuhi rintangan dan bahaya, para Smurf tetap bersemangat untuk menemukan desa legendaris yang hilang itu, bahkan akan menemukan sebuah rahasia terbesar dalam sejarah kaum Smurf.
